I enjoy working with individuals and families from all ages, backgrounds, and parts of life. Taking the first step to get therapy can feel intimidating and awkward, and I make sure to provide a comfortable and safe environment to anyone looking to explore the therapeutic process.
I have a diverse background working with crisis, community practice, and private practice. I specialize in childhood and adult trauma, anxiety issues, and eating disorders, but I love working with a multitude of needs beyond that. I use a laid back, client-centered therapy style often combined with cognitive behavioral techniques, relaxation techniques, assertive communication skills, and more.

Brandy Griffin, MA, Temp LPA

The decision to begin therapy is rarely easy, but once you begin you may be surprised by the changes that unfold. Finding a therapist who helps you feel safe, supported, and challenged is central to this process.
My style is warm and curious. I seek to create therapeutic relationships that are attuned to each client. I enjoy working with a wide range of people of all ages and from various backgrounds. This includes those dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, sexual issues, gender issues, health concerns, addiction, parenting, and academic or work-related difficulties. Together we can find new ways to face your past and present, in order to uncover your strengths to make changes that leave you more balanced, happy, and authentic.
My approach to psychotherapy utilizes structured ways of planning to improve one's situation, as well as evidence-based practices that can help improve cognition. With nearly 20 years of experience working within the healthcare field, I also have a particular interest in mind-body interventions. Treatment can include, but is not limited to: individual, family, or couple's psychotherapy, cognitive remediation, parent-child interaction therapy, neurofeedback, biofeedback, and psychological or psychoeducational testing.
Suzanne Hatton, MSW, CSW
I believe there resides, in each of us, the need to be fully seen, fully heard, and fully loved. Developing our highest self requires we be present, mindful, and authentic—it means choosing to live life on purpose and with intention. Why is it so difficult to get there, and harder still to sustain? Many reasons: trauma, difficult families, messy relationships, ill-fitting careers, illness, distorted perceptions, bad habits, financial worries, toxic mindsets, transitions, aging—in other words, LIFE. Life happens. The result is a process that is often uncomfortable and leaves us physically and emotionally changed and worn.
The good news? Therapy is a journey of healing and hope, and positive change is possible! Working in a genuine, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship, I can assist you in learning new ways of thinking and coping in an environment free of judgment or assumption, where you can discover what matters to you, what's working and what isn't.
Open-minded, empathetic, and seasoned practitioner, I place a high value on the journey that therapy provides. The daughter of an immigrant, I came of age during the women’s movement and civil rights era, so I use a range of evidence-based modalities in treatment, but incorporate Multicultural, Feminist and Racial theories as valued frames of reference.
